This integration allows users to send a review request email to their customers when an order status has been updated to Delivered.

Step 1. Enable status update

Go to (App) Settings -> enable Update shipping status to Shopify

You need to allow us to update shipment status to Shopify, which is necessary for this integrations. 

Note: Enabling this feature may triggers Shopify Native Shipping Notifications for Out for delivery and Delivered. If you don't need them, please uncheck them in Shopify admin - Settings - Notifications as following:

Triggering TT Ali Reviews

Go to Trustoo.io admin → Review request tab → Email settings, Email trigger time section → select After order delivered → set the time interval based on your needs → save changes

Triggering Loox Review Email

1. Go to (Loox admin) Reviews - Collect reviews - Review Request Timing

2. Choose a time interval based on your needs

3. Choose Delivery option in the second dropdown menu.

Triggering Stamped.io Review Email

Triggering Judge.me Review Email

1. Go to (Judge.me admin) Settings -> Integrations -> Admin Backend

2. Enable the Delivery Based Requests feature -> Save Settings
